Rescue Finance
We provide senior or mezzanine debt finance backed by real estate to companies with cash flow issues or in out-of-favor industries that are temporarily shun by the banks and are therefore looking to refinance or attract new capital.
We help companies that need more time to turnaround their business or to orderly sell some or all of their assets. As we are not a bank, we can provide longer grace periods on interest and principal, without exerting undue pressure on the borrowers for servicing their loans. Our goal is to work with the borrowers, enabling them not to sacrifice the value of their assets, due to time pressure to sell in the short term.
We are interested in investment opportunities in Bulgaria and Romania and can also consider the wider CEE region.
Our target financing size is EUR 10 million+ but we can also execute investments in the EUR 5 million range.
