We acquire, manage, reposition, redevelop, and sell distressed real estate assets in major urban areas or vacation resorts. Our focus is on residential, commercial (offices, logistics and retail) and hospitality and leisure properties, including assets with redevelopment potential.
In the last 10 years, our group has successfully acquired and/or managed over 20 complex distressed real estate situations in the office, hospitality, and residential sectors.
Atland Investments seeks to acquire distressed assets directly from the investors and to provide them with asset management solutions. As an investor in distressed assets, we are open for deals with a broad range: from smaller ones of EUR 2 million - EUR 5 million, mid-sized of EUR 10 million - EUR 20 million to the larger ones of over EUR 20 million.
